Organizational Consultation & Program Evaluation
Experience & Collaborative Approach
For more than a decade, I have worked collaboratively with organizations to better understand their programs, services, and the communities they serve. My experience spans not-for-profit and community mental health organizations, social service agencies, government and public-sector organizations, and the private sector.
Rather than arriving with a predetermined solution, I work with organizational leaders, staff, service providers, and other stakeholders to understand the questions that matter to them and develop an approach that fits their context, resources, and goals.
How I Can Help
My work can include program evaluation or broader organizational consultation.
For example, I can help organizations:
understand whether a program or service is meeting its intended goals;
identify community or organizational needs and gaps in services;
evaluate outcomes and understand the experiences of clients, staff, or other stakeholders;
troubleshoot challenges in program implementation or service delivery;
develop meaningful ways of measuring outcomes and organizational performance;
use existing data more effectively to inform decision-making and quality improvement;
develop or refine programs based on research, best practices, and stakeholder perspectives; and
build internal capacity for research, evaluation, and ongoing organizational learning.
