About me
I am a registered Psychologist with the College of Psychologists and Behavioural Analysts of Ontario.
My clinical work is grounded in mutual respect, trust, and safety.
I take an integrative, evidence-based approach, drawing on interventions that fit your specific needs and goals.

Rather than a one-size-fits-all model, I integrate techniques from:
Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) (Primary modality for trauma & PTSD)
Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT)
Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)
Mindfulness-Based Approaches

In addition to my clinical practice, I serve as a university professor, teaching and mentoring the next generation of psychologists. My research focuses on sexual health and consent, the responsible inclusion of trans identities in research, and community-based strategies to reduce homelessness. This academic background keeps my clinical work deeply grounded in current science and ethical practice.
